TALP- (Technology Assisted  Learning Programme) was started at GGJC  shikaripura from  3/oct/2020 to 12/10/2020. by DIET Shivamogga.

ICT education has been a feature of the government schools quite few years back with the implementation of "MAHITHI SINDHU" Project.

TALP was started in 2016-17 was implemented in Government high schools which provided computer labs and trained teachers to use digital technology in class room and enhance their teaching. laptops are provided on priortity to the school where teachers have under gone induction training.

It has two types of training

1. Induction training

2. Refresher training.

By this training it has not only motivated teachers but also students to learn using technology.
